Hello, I’m Asher Edwards and I have been perfecting the art of growing organic cannabis for 8 years now, 5 of those years in Puna, Big Island Hawaii learning under approximately 20 grow masters. I have been in Santa Cruz for the last 3 years perfecting all the things everyone looks for most when acquiring the herb… aesthetics, flavor, smell, potency, and yield for the grower…all organically . I have been made aware that a new law passed for MMJ collectives in Colorado that requires these establishments to grow 70% of the herb that runs through the facility, and many local politicians expect these collectives to fail because of this requirement. Here’s where I come in. I am seeking collectives in need of assistance that can make a legitimate, law abiding, fair and friendly arrangement to accomplish the growing that needs to happen. My wife and I are an awesome team that reach our goals through positive thinking, work ethic, knowledge and experience in regards to organic cannabis growing. Greetings All, I was considering relocating to Colorado until I learned about the latest laws which I feel are harmful to patients. I understand the 70/30 requirement will be difficult for many because of the need for growing experience, and a secure space to grow medicine. I have been working on a mobile, modular, secure and stealthy greenhouse designed to save the grower enough money on electricity to pay for itself with a year or two. For those of you that lease and have space on the property, this provides a way to grow without sinking money into a landlord’s property. And those that do own property, my modular design is less expensive than adding an addition, and if you ever decide to get out of the business, you can move the greenhouse, or sell it and recoup your investment.
I have searched and found inexpensive land for sale outside of the city limits. A place with a clear view of the southern sky will provide a lot of free lumens, and the stealthy appearance will not draw unwanted attention. I have a method to heat and cool the unit that requires only a small amount of energy. It is also feasible to run supplemental lighting and climate control on 2000 pound forklift batteries and solar panels.
